AfnoKhata

नेपाली पसलका लागि· Made for shops in Nepal

Your shop's khata and stock, in your own hands.

आफ्नो पसलको हिसाब, आफ्नै हातमा।

AfnoKhata keeps the accounts and the stock of a Nepali shop: who owes you, whom you owe, what is on the shelf and what it is worth. Billing, VAT bills and reports come with it.

  • Customer and supplier khata
  • Stock with its value
  • Miti in Bikram Sambat

Khataखाता

Every rupee owed, written down once

The notebook under the counter, kept for you: one page per person, and it always adds up.

  • Customer khata

Sell on credit to anyone you know by name. Every bill, payment and return is a line in their khata, with the balance after it.

  • Supplier khata

Purchases, payments and returns for each supplier, and what you still owe them.

  • Payments settle the oldest bill first

Part payments are fine. Each one clears the oldest unpaid bills, and anything extra is kept as an advance.

  • Expenses and profit

Rent, salaries and other expenses sit beside the day's sales, so profit and loss is a report, not a guess.

Stockमौज्दात

Know what is on the shelf, and what it is worth

Stock keeps itself: every sale takes it down, every purchase brings it up.

  • One stock ledger

Stock moves only through sales, purchases, returns and adjustments, and each move is a dated line you can read back.

  • Low and out of stock

Set a minimum for each product. What is running low or has run out shows on the dashboard and at the counter.

  • What the shelf is worth

Stock is valued at its weighted average cost, so you know the value on the shelf and the real profit on each sale.

  • Bring your list

Import up to 5,000 products from a CSV, with prices, opening stock and categories.

Billing and reportsबिक्री

The counter that fills the books

You don't enter anything twice. A bill at the counter is already in the khata and already out of stock.

  • A fast billing counter

Scan or search, press Enter, done. Take cash, bank, card, mobile or credit, and hold a sale to come back to it.

  • Bills the way IRD wants them

Tax invoices with PAN, miti and amount in words. Bills are reported to IRD, and the registers export to CSV.

  • Reports for every book

Sales by day, product and payment method, stock and its value, profit and loss, and dues on both sides.

  • Built for staff

Owner, manager and cashier roles. Each person signs in with a 4-digit PIN on the shop's own devices.

Questions

Before you ask

Can I enter the dues I already have in my notebook?

Yes. When you add a customer, enter what they owe you today as the opening balance. Their khata carries on from there.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any computer, tablet or phone with a browser works. A USB barcode scanner works like a keyboard, and bills print on A4, A5 or an 80 mm thermal printer.

Can I bring my products from Excel?

Yes. Save the sheet as CSV and import up to 5,000 products at a time, with prices, opening stock and categories.

Is my shop's data separate from other shops?

Yes. Each shop has its own link, its own staff and its own data. Staff see only what their role allows.

My shop is VAT registered. What changes?

Choose the VAT plan. Sales print as tax invoices, each bill is reported to IRD, returns become credit notes, and goods with no VAT can be marked tax exempt.
